PEG-b-PS is combination of hydrophilic PEG and hydrophobic PS. It has some characteristics like phospholipid which forms the biomembrane. This polymer forms micelle, lamella, tunnel, vesicles and stomatocytes. Its formation seems affected by the ratio of H2O and organic solvent. Technically, some way of ‘loosely’ controlling its state has been proved. However, the specific phenomenon on its surface does not known.
Structures of amphiphilic polymer separate inner side and outer side. It can be applied for transportation of specific matters, or selective transmission. Also, controlling its structures can be used as medicine transporter.
